Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor (Unarmed) in Saint Charles, MO to supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. You will liaise between the site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers, providing coaching and ensuring quality delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year of security supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional with all levels of personnel and public.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history for driving positions.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate quality service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervision, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
