Allied Universal is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Corporate Electrical HQ in Berlin, CT. This part-time role covers evening shifts Friday through Sunday, ensuring security for a high-profile client facility, post- orders adherence, and team supervision.

Qualified candidates have supervisory and security experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Paid orientation and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Associate's degree or military service or police-related experience is acceptable.
• Two+ years of verifiable security experience is expected.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and train staff.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and efficiency.
• Recommend productivity improvements and cost controls.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime within limits and ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in security surveys and post orders.
