Allied Universal® is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Berlin, CT for a Corporate Electrical Headquarters setting. Starting pay is $27.62 per hour for a part-time position including overnight Friday into Saturday and Saturday into Sunday.

The role requires supervisory and security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills. You will oversee staff, enforce post orders, and ensure contract compliance while maintaining security for a high-profile client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful security experience.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable work experience with customer service, poise under pressure, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning, and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security for a high-profile client’s facility and campus during the assigned shift.
• Provide direction to officers and manage on-site staffing and training.
• Ensure contract compliance, training and screening elements are met.
• Prepare incident reports and assist in security surveys and post orders.
