Job summary

Harvard Protection Services, a leading security provider in the United States, is seeking a Security Concierge at our US-MA-Boston location. You will greet visitors, monitor entrances, answer phones, and support daily operations with professionalism and discretion.

The role offers full-time hours (Fri–Tue, 3:00pm–11:00pm) with competitive pay and benefits. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior security or customer service experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat, professional appearance.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation may be required.
• Write routine correspondence and incident reports.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor, aiding customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility and monitor entrances/exits.
• Answer phones professionally and manage visitor flow.
• Monitor environment for suspicious or unsafe activity and report incidents.
