Qualifications

• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and neat and professional appearance.
• Write routine correspondence, to include log entries and incident reporting.
• Previous contract security, law enforcement, military, customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and visible presence within the facility.
• Monitor environment and detect suspicious or unsafe activity.
• Familiarize with incoming/outgoing traffic and know customers, tenants, visitors, and guests.
• Greet people professionally and answer phones.
• Permit authorized entry and monitor entrances and exits.
• Know and enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Conduct required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe personnel to prevent loss and ensure proper removal of property.
