Responsibilities

• Provide concierge services and assist customers, employees, visitors, and guests.
• Maintain a visible presence in the facility and monitor the environment.
• Welcome and assist visitors; answer phones professionally.
• Control access and monitor entrances and exits.
• Conduct patrols on foot or in vehicle and document findings.
• Observe for suspicious activity and protect company property.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities.
• Follow emergency action plans and monitor alarms.
