HonorHealth’s Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced RN in the Operating Room Circulator role for the Evening shift. The RN will supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with physicians to execute the medical plan of care.

Requirements include a BSN and AZ RN license (or compact) with 2 years of RN experience (3 years preferred). BLS is required; a stroke care education addendum applies. A $20k sign-on bonus is available.

Formación

• RN OR circulator experience required.
• BSN from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution.
• Current AZ nursing license or compact state licensure upon hire.
• BLS certification required; magnet standards require specialty certification within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate and evaluate patient care and staff development using nursing process and evidence-based information.
• Collaborate with physicians in executing the medical plan of care and manage unit staffing and budget.
• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, manage IVs, and ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor/preceptor staff, participate in recruitment and retention efforts, and promote quality practice.
• Round with physicians, patients, and families to improve outcomes and the patient experience.
