Job summary

HonorHealth's Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced ER Nurse for night shifts. The RN will supervise and coordinate patient care, participate in staff development, and collaborate with physicians to implement the plan of care, including stroke protocols and NIHSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and Arizona RN licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; 3 years preferred, ER experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS or obtain within 1 year may be required for magnet standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assess, plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate patient care and staff development.
• Participate in staffing, onboarding, performance coaching and ensuring budget alignment.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement medical plans of care for stroke patients.
• Educate patients and families about post-treatment care, lifestyle and resources.
