HonorHealth’s Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care focusing on stroke patients. The role requires 1+ year of RN experience with plans to provide direct patient care, assess and coordinate services, and collaborate with physicians on the medical plan of care.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, present an active AZ RN license (or compact), and complete stroke-specific education within the magnet standards timeframe.

Qualificações

• BSN from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution is required.
• Current Arizona nursing license or compact state license upon hire; license must be obtained within 60 days.
• All staff responsible for stroke patients must meet stroke-specific education requirements referenced in addendum.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists Clinical Director in unit management and provides direct patient care for stroke patients.
• Collaborates with physicians to execute the medical plan of care.
• Promotes quality improvement and efficient use of resources.
• Rounds with physicians, patients, and families to improve care and experience.
