Job summary

HonorHealth’s Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced RN for the Telemetry Unit-2A/2F-Advanced Cardiac Care. The role supervises care delivery, coordinates nursing teams, and collaborates with physicians to implement the medical plan of care.

Required: BSN, AZ RN license or compact license, and stroke education requirements; 2+ years RN experience, BLS certification. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold BSN from NLN/CCNE-accredited institution.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact-state licensure upon hire; 60 days to obtain AZ licensure.
• All staff caring for stroke patients must meet stroke education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Partners with Clinical Director to manage unit staff and patient population.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and collaborate with physicians on the medical plan of care.
• Lead quality initiatives and ensure nursing process compliance across the unit.
• Coordinate education and professional activities related to unit needs; rounds with physicians and families.
