Shea Medical Center, part of HonorHealth, seeks an RN Operating Room Circulating for evening shifts in Scottsdale, AZ. The role requires OR circulator experience, with a $20k sign-on bonus available and evening hours scheduled five days a week (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) or four days (12:30 PM–11:00 PM).

Responsibilities include supervising patient care, coordinating care plans with physicians, and leading a unit’s staff development.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Arizona RN license required.
• Stroke education requirements referenced in the job addendum.
• 2+ years of RN experience required; 3+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Provides direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians on the care plan.
• Ensures compliance with unit standards, nursing processes, and evidence-based practice.
• Mentors staff, coordinates education, and participates in recruitment and performance management.
