Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists Clinical Director in managing unit staff and patient population.
• Direct patient care per unit needs and collaborates with physicians.
• Promotes inter/intra departmental collaboration and quality improvement.
• Directs staff in applying the nursing process and ensures policy adherence.
