Job summary

HonorHealth in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced RN to join our Complete Care-Paradise Valley team on the night shift (1800-0630). The role involves supervising, assessing, planning, and coordinating patient care, along with staff development and collaboration with physicians to execute the medical plan of care.

You must have a BSN, AZ RN license, and ER RN experience. Stroke care knowledge and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Requires prior ER RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an NLN/CCNE-accredited program or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assesses, plans, coordinates, facilitates and evaluates patient care and staff development.
• Assists Clinical Director in managing unit staff and patient population; provides direct patient care per unit needs.
• Collaborates with physicians to execute medical plans of care and supports quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordination of onboarding, performance evaluation and staff development; ensures policy compliance.
