Qualifications

• Oversees facility staff education program based on resident and staff needs.
• Maintains confidential health records for employees including physicals, immunizations, and TB screening.
• Reports to the Director of Nursing and supports regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the education program for staff.
• Monitor and adjust education activities to meet Federal, State, Local requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure quality care and staff development.
