Job summary

Vantage Health & Rehab of Westfield seeks an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor to lead the staff education program and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. The role also involves maintaining confidential employee health records and coordinating with the Director of Nursing.

The candidate should hold a Massachusetts nursing license (BSN preferred) and be able to manage education initiatives during evening shifts, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• BLS certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility staff education program, planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating based on resident/staff needs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidential health records for all employees, including physicals, immunization status, and TB screening.
• Coordinate reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Education

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
