Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Weekend RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on Saturdays and Sundays 7a–7p. This part-time role ensures high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a MA RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of LTC supervising experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication to mentor staff and support

Qualifications

• MA RN License is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• At least 1 year of LTC supervising experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7a-7p) as needed.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure delivery of excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct rounds on the unit, addressing patient concerns and providing support to staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental excellence.
