The role oversees resident education, ensures regulatory compliance and maintains confidential employee records. Reports to the Director of Nursing and supports a safe, compassionate environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license, with BSN preferred and BLS certification, bringing strong leadership and communication skills for evening coverage and staff development.

Qualifications

• Oversees facility staff education program based on resident and staff needs.
• Maintains confidential health records for employees including physicals, immunizations, and TB screening.
• Reports to the Director of Nursing and supports regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the education program for staff.
• Monitor and adjust education activities to meet Federal, State, Local requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure quality care and staff development.

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN / LPN Evening Supervisor

The RN / LPN Evening Supervisor oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening.

Reports to the Director of Nursing

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 3p-11p


• On call rotation

RN / LPN Evening Supervisor

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing


• Current Massachusetts Nursing License


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
