Job summary

Vantage at Westfield is seeking an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor to lead the facility's nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. The role includes overseeing education programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with the Director of Nursing.

Weekend shift 7a-7p with one weekday on call; MA licensure required; BSN preferred; BLS certification required. Excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with licensure in MA.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing and evaluating education based on identified needs and regulations.
• Maintain confidential health records for all employees including physicals, immunization status and TB screening.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
