Job summary

Vantage Health & Rehab of Westfield in Massachusetts is seeking an RN/LPN Evening Supervisor to lead the facility's nursing team during evenings. You will oversee staff education, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate on-site patient care activities.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, a current MA nursing license, and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. The weekend shift is 7a–7p with an on-call weekday rotation, in a supportive, family-friendly

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facility staff education program, including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidential health records of all employees, including physicals, immunization status, and TB screening.
• Report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN / LPN Supervisor

The RN / LPN Supervisor oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records of all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. Reports to the Director of Nursing.

SCHEDULE

• Weekend Supervisor 7a-7p
• One weekday on call per week
