Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in long-term care or home health.
• Ability to lead licensed and non-professional staff while delivering resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, holistic nursing care per standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct staff in delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
• Complete nursing care, documentation, and medication administration per policy.
• Communicate with health care providers and families, update care plans and progress notes.
