Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and to uphold the dignity and comfort of each person in our community. You will follow the assessment and service plan, deliver routine care with kindness, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and well-being.

Shift: Every other weekend, 10:30pm-6:30am. Wage: $18.50-$22.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
Prefer 6 months or more of experience in assisted living or long-term care.
CNA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADL tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) with dignity.
Support mobility and safety, using proper lifting/transfer methods.
Communicate observations and incidents to the nurse or supervisor promptly.
Assist residents to walk with or without devices as instructed.
Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
Follow infection control guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
