Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Memory Care team. The LPN/LVN leads licensed staff and delivers high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with nursing practice standards and health care regulations.

Schedule: 10:00am – 6:00pm with week 1 sun-fri and week 2 mon-sat. Responsibilities include advising on care plans, admissions, rounds with health care providers, documentation, and ensuring safety and quality in resident

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state.
• Prefer 1 year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care following standards and regulations.
• Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in care delivery.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete assessments and update care plans with orders.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to supervisors.
