Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Naples, FL seeks an LPN for a full-time evening shift (3pm-11pm) with every other weekend required. You will provide high-quality, holistic nursing care and help lead licensed staff in delivering resident services.

Responsibilities include daily nursing functions, medication administration, care planning, and coordination with physicians and families to ensure safe, compassionate care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily nursing functions in accordance with rules and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents with appropriate documentation.
• Complete assessments and develop interim or care/service plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with health care providers, families, and the care team to ensure quality resident care.
