Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license to practice.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions per regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Supervise licensed and non-professional staff delivering resident care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered and document accordingly.
• Document care plans, update provider orders, and communicate with healthcare teams.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance within nursing services.
