Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in a long-term care/assisted living setting. Lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions.

Shift is 6:30am-3:30pm, every other weekend, with a wage range of $30-$35 per hour. The role emphasizes documentation, coordination with health care providers, and adherence to nursing practice standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions per current rules and guidelines for long-term care facilities.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with policies and safety program.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents with care documentation.
• Orient new residents and family members.
• Make rounds with health care providers as needed.
• Utilize resident care plans and health care provider orders.
