Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in our Portland area community. The RN will lead licensed and non-professional staff and ensure care is delivered in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting rounds, documenting care plans, coordinating with health care providers, administering medications, and supporting residents and families while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the applicable state.
• Prefer one year of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the facility.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
• Prepare and administer medications ordered by the health care provider.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure assignments meet nursing standards.
• Complete assessments and maintain medical record documentation as required.
