Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7p-7a shift (Tuesday through Thursday) with no weekend duties. You will provide compassionate care for residents, administering meds and treatments, while coordinating with the care team and families.

A nursing degree and active state licensure, plus CPR, are required to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. Join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to improving lives in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
