Job summary

Michaels Easton, MD is seeking store team members to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience at all times. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintain in-stock conditions across the sales floor.

This role supports omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), promotes the Rewards program, and assists with safety and shrink programs. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with cross-training in Custom Framing

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance for in-stock conditions.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact in an accepting, respectful manner and be a role model for coworkers.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
