Michaels Dayton-Beavercreek, OH is seeking a customer-focused associate to help customers find products and provide solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle checkout per standards, engage shoppers with rewards programs, and participate in stocking and planogram duties to keep shelves inviting.

The role includes cross-training in Custom Framing and handling omnichannel processes like BOPIS/SFS. Availability for standing long periods and some evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and frame shop duties
• Support truck unload, stocking, and planogram execution
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store through recovery activities
• Participate in store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies and interact with customers respectfully
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
