Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in West Monroe to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. The RAM will coach staff, maintain food safety and brand standards, and collaborate with the management team to drive profitability.

The role demands evenings and weekend availability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage shifts, cash handling, and inventory while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and ability to coach team members.
• Directs team in absence of RM and supports daily operations.
• Coaches, leads, and motivates staff to meet brand standards.

• Maintains accurate cash, sales, and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members.
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping, and adherence to brand standards.
• Conduct interviews and assist with training of new staff.
• Prepare and review end-of-shift reports and paperwork.
• Maintain safety and compliance with health regulations.
