The RAM will ensure food safety, quality, cash handling, inventory control, and timely reports while partnering with management to meet financial and operational goals. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist RM with daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach team members to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Direct shift duties, ensure food safety and quality, and monitor cash/inventory records.
• Complete daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and reports.
