Circle K in West Monroe, LA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and coach the team. You will partner with the management team to uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training staff, managing cash and inventory, and maintaining health and safety compliance. A strong leader with excellent communication and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain standards.
• Ensures guest leave satisfied with fast and friendly service.
• Directs team to prepare and serve items per Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches staff on new product training and information.
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift paperwork.
• In RM absence, handles daily/weekly/monthly paperwork and cash counts.
• Maintains a safe environment and follows safety codes and regulations.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics; supports profitability.
