Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Store 2727088Q, Monroe, NC. This part-time role supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, coaching the team, and upholding Brand and health standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The RAM leads team members, conducts interviews, manages shift duties, and handles paperwork in RM's absence. A driver’s license and strong communication are essential, with a focus on safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift.
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.
• In absence of the RM, the RAM completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other administrative duties.
