Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co., a leading hospitality and vacation ownership company, seeks a Guest Services Associate. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with registration to checkout, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash/credit transactions, balance receipts, issue keys, confirm reservations, and deliver prompt, helpful service in a fast-paced environment. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify guest charges.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries.
