Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring exceptional clinicians to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. A Masters in mental health and experience facilitating groups are required, with expertise in DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI preferred.

You’ll join a warm, relational team delivering evidence-based care to youth in a flexible, part-time capacity. Responsibilities include leading groups, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring timely documentation, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiarity with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus).
• Ability to conduct effective group treatment and work in a team.
• Comfort delivering services via telehealth and using cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervisor at least monthly for check-ins.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start.
• Arrive early to scheduled group time and facilitate one-hour groups.
• Facilitate groups following best practices and updated curriculum.
• Coordinate groups across age cohorts and Integrative curriculum as needed.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions weekly.
• Collaborate with care team and therapists; maintain professional boundaries.
• Document notes within 24-hour timeframe per standards.
