Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring part-time clinicians to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. Masters degree in mental health and experience with diverse modalities are required.

Flexible schedule includes late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays, with a 1099 contractor arrangement. Candidates must be skilled in DBT, CBT, EMDR and comfortable using cloud-based tools and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Experience with youth and young adults in clinical settings.
• Comfort delivering telehealth and group-based services.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and EMR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Onboard within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervisor monthly for check-ins.
• Lead remote group sessions for adolescents and young adults.
• Facilitate groups using updated Charlie Health curriculum.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Collaborate with care teams and document notes within 24 hours.
