Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring for a remote, part-time clinician to lead adolescent and young adult group teletherapy sessions. You will apply multiple modalities to engage clients in a relational, person-centered approach from home.

Successful candidates demonstrate experience with youth, strong group facilitation skills, and the ability to integrate DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI techniques within a telehealth framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in.
• Facilitate remote group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients.
• Ensure sessions align with Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Collaborate with care team and maintain timely documentation.
