Job summary

The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact at our dealership in Wisconsin. This part-time, evening role offers opportunities to excel in customer service while supporting basic accounting tasks.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and can handle customer interactions and clerical duties in a fast-paced setting. Prior dealership experience and Excel skills are a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner
• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly
• Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately
• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately
• Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Learn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficiently
