Job summary

The Russ Darrow Group in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, dependable full-time Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership. You will greet customers, answer calls, process payments, and support daily office tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and can handle basic accounting tasks; dealership experience and Excel skills are a plus. Training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately.
• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately.
• Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
