Job summary

Russ Darrow Group in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first point of contact for our dealership. This role supports daily office operations, handles customer interactions, and assists with basic accounting tasks.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and experience with Microsoft Office. The position is Monday–Friday 7am–3pm with some Saturdays, offering wage between $16 and $18 per hour and

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner
• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly
• Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately
• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately
• Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Learn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficiently
