Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

You will collect data on treatment goals, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, flexible afternoon/evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Ability to collect and record client progress data accurately.
• Strong communication with families and supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings (1:1).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
