Job summary

Already Autism Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings.

As an RBT, you’ll work closely with a BCBA to build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while traveling to client locations. This part-time role offers a starting pay of $25/hour and biweekly pay, with RBT supervision provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required to perform 1:1 ABA services.
• High school diploma or GED required to support daily tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license needed for client travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services in home, clinic, and community settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Record clinical data accurately in CentralReach.
• Complete session documentation on time.
• Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism and compassion.
• Collaborate with families and the care team.

Do you love helping children learn, grow, and succeed? Already Autism Health is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in their homes and communities.

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children to help build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills while working closely with a supportive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

CURRENT PART-TIME HOME-BASED OPENINGS

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA services
• Follow treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect and accurately record clinical data in CentralReach
• Complete session documentation accurately and on time
• Respond to challenging behaviors with professionalism, patience, and compassion
• Communicate important session information to the BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
• Provide services in home, clinic, and community environments
• Active RBT certification required

• Basic computer skills
• Professional and dependable

• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
