Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support in-home 1:1 therapy with children aged 1–21. This role emphasizes data collection, ABA interventions in natural environments, and collaboration with a supportive team; strong communication with families is essential.

Qualifications include BACB RBT certification, valid driver's license, and experience with autism; willingness to learn and follow feedback; jobs available part-time and full-time;

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
