Job summary

Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA in Reading, PA is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with rotating weekends. The RN leads milieu management, directs nursing staff, and ensures safe, effective patient care with proper documentation and communication.

Required include an active RN license (compact licenses accepted), an Associate Degree in Nursing, and preferably 1 year of inpatient hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Compact licenses acceptable where applicable.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• One year inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead milieu management and direct nursing staff.
• Deliver patient care per policy and physician orders.
• Ensure accurate reporting and medical records documentation.
