Tower Behavioral Health in Reading, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding nursing team. This state-of-the-art psych-safe facility offers inpatient and outpatient programs for adults, adolescents, and seniors, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Full-time day or night shifts, 3x12s, every 3rd weekend; new bed/unit expansion, tuition assistance, and shift differentials are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR and related certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patient needs and developing nursing care plans.
• Document medical records and communicate with physicians and families.
• Administer medications and monitor patient status per orders.
• Maintain safety, therapeutic environment, and professional boundaries.
• Coordinate unit activities and respond to changes in patient status.
