Job summary

Tower Behavioral Health in Reading, PA is expanding its nursing team and seeking Registered Nurses to join a state-of-the-art Psych-Safe facility. The role offers full-time night shifts (3x12 hours) with every 3rd weekend rotation and a sign-on bonus.

New RN grads welcome; compensation ranges from $41 to $50 per hour including shift differentials, with benefits and career advancement opportunities. We provide comprehensive clinical support and training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and document controlled substances accurately.
• Transmit and document patient status changes to physicians and care team.
• Maintain records and educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Coordinate unit activities and maintain professional boundaries with patients.
