Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• One or more years’ nursing experience within the clinical area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patient health needs and developing care plans.
• Document nursing care and patient status accurately.
• Administer medications and ensure accurate counts of controlled substances.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient biopsychosocial needs.
• Maintain professional boundaries and therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
