Tower Behavioral Health in Reading, PA is expanding and seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our nursing team on a full-time night shift. We offer 3x12hr night shifts with every third weekend rotation and a $41-$50 per hour pay range including shift differentials.

This state-of-the-art psych-safe facility provides inpatient and outpatient services for adults, adolescents, and seniors, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for full-time night shift roles.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document controlled substances accurately.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
