Job summary

Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II/III for evening part‑time work in the Twin Cities. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems to meet company standards and legal requirements.

Shifts run 4:30pm–10:30pm, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends. Part‑time role under 25 hours weekly; use hand tools, perform basic repairs, and coordinate with vendors. Ideal candidate holds a 2‑year technical degree or relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of a demanding field environment with frequent bending, lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Regularly lift 20 lbs and up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Must navigate stairs, ladders, and cluttered workspaces safely in varied conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; basic computer skills including email and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs to meet company standards and laws.
• Schedule and complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Handle HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and related maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors and team to manage projects and inventory.
• Keep safety training current and follow all safety programs.
