Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking an After Hours Maintenance Technician to join our Minneapolis/St. Paul portfolio. This full-time, permanent role requires 4pm-12:30am shifts, a company vehicle, and on-call maintenance support for residential properties.

You will perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and related systems, while prioritizing urgent work orders and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills (email, time entry, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion (48 hours).
• Complete basic repairs related to HVAC, electrical, carpentry, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and windows.
• Maintain safety practices and collaborate with vendors on projects.
• Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians.
